Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish crowns (DKK) excluding delivery costs.

VGP Western accept online payments with Paypal (including credit card) or by bank transfer. We do not impose any kind of transaction fees on your purchase.

For orders using PayPal as means of payment: (Paypal account not necessary)
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

For orders using bank transfer as means of payment.:
Orders will be dispatched once payment is registered.
Important notice: Payments made by bank transfer from within the EU, with the exception of Denmark, should be transferred in euro (EUR).

 

Delivery

Danish deliveries

Delivery time for standard products within Denmark is usually 1-4 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.  
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

Delivery time for speciality and pre-owned items varies and will be agreed upon order.

 All domestic orders are delivered with GLS, PostNord or DAO.

 International deliveries

Import duties, taxes and duties are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.

These fees are usually charged by the delivered carrier or when you pick up the item. Do NOT confuse them with extra shipping costs.

We do not declare item values below the actual sales price. We also do not mark items as "gifts". U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
*Some countries customs clearance may delay the arrival of your shipment by up to 60 days.

International orders are shipped with PostNord and GLS.
Please contact us regarding shipping quotes for countries not yet listed online.

 

Returns and right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on standard goods purchased from our webshop.
The 14-day period is calculated from the day you receive your order.
The buyer bears the total cost of returning the order to VGP Western with their chosen carrier.

VGP Western must receive notification of cancellation no later than 14 days after purchase, and the order returned and in our hands no later than 14 days after notification of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to cs@vgpwestern.dk in which you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of cancellation.  

It is up to VGP Western to assess the condition of the item(s). If the item(s) is tried in addition to what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item(s), it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a reduced amount or none of the purchase amount returned.

Right of cancellation is not valid for speciality and pre-owned items.

 

Right of complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, VGP Western offer a 2-year right of complaint about products purchased on the VGP Western webshop. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or VGP Western production.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation/use of the product.

VGP Western will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

The complaint must be sent within a reasonable time after receipt of the order(s). One month is considered a reasonable amount of time in relation to the right of complaint, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints should be sent to to cs@vgpwestern.dk describing the complaint in detail. A copy of the email should be included in the return and shipped to our warehouse:

Personal data policy

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We have made agreements with our data collectors as our guarantee that they live up to rules regarding personal data protection.

 

Appeal options

Please send an email to cs@vgpwestern.dk or call +45 98370598 if you want to contact us, have questions or wish to file a complaint.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following possibilities to complain:

  • Center for Complaint Resolution, via complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to complaints portal.
  • Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
  • If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can register your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaints portal. Go to the EU complaints portal.
